Friendly staff, plenty to choose from. If you bring back a palette you get a small refund. Would recommend for the garden and grass lovers out there.

I have had wonderful experiences each time I've been here. My grass looks incredible! I didn't really know much of anything but wanted to get my backyard looking good. For the grass portion of that task, I sought out the help of the grass pad and I am so glad we did. Amazing service, everyone there is very friendly and knows their stuff. I've talked to two different people months apart and they both had very similar strategies and knowledge to help me out. Brandon was very helpful this last trip.

I’ve been in the store before and had a great experience. Apparently the standards of treating customers with respect was lost over the winter. I have spent a good amount of money and even joined their reward program. Tonight was terrible. I’ve never experienced such rude customer service in my life by two different employees. They both spoke to me like I was incompetent and basically yelled at me that I better be watering my lawn and boxwoods because we’re in a drought. I came there to buy products and get advice, not be disrespected by cranky older men. Not only was one guy rude to me, he was rude to his coworker, too, as they put the bags in my vehicle.

Shout out to the Bonner Springs Grass Pad. Super helpful and friendly crew. Over the last three years, Corey Baily advised me on how to turn my 3 acre lot that was mostly dirt, weeds, and rocks, into a park. Good prices and great products…Thanks Grass Pad!

The Grasspad in Shawnee is great. The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. I go there often. Doing their grass plan is very easy and saves money over a lawn care company. Highly recommend.
